Child Safety Standards

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Sorella has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page sets out our standards against CSAE: what is prohibited, how we detect and act on it, how to report it, and how to reach us. It applies to everyone who uses Sorella.

1. Who can use Sorella

Sorella is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it, as stated in our Privacy Policy.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Sorella and lead to immediate action:

3. How we enforce these standards

4. How to report

Every message and profile in Sorella can be reported with one tap, directly from the conversation. Reports are confidential. You can also write to us at safety@sorella-app.com, whether or not you have a Sorella account.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (112 in the EU, 911 in the US).

5. Point of contact

Our designated child safety point of contact is reachable at safety@sorella-app.com. This contact is prepared to discuss our CSAE prevention practices and to respond to notices from authorities and child safety organizations.

6. Related policies

These standards complement our Privacy Policy and our community guidelines. We review them regularly and update this page when they change.
