Safety
Crisis resources
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now: 112 in the EU, 911 in the US.
Sorella is peer support, not a crisis service, and it never replaces professional help. The lines below are free, confidential, and staffed by trained people. You don't need to be suicidal to call: "I'm not okay" is reason enough.

How Sorella helps in the moment
Sorella is crisis-aware by design. If a conversation signals self-harm, the app surfaces the hotline for your country immediately, inside the chat, and alerts a safety operator. You can also find these numbers anytime in the app under Settings.
If you're worried about a sister
You don't have to carry that alone either. Encourage her to call one of the numbers above, and let us know via Report a message or safety@sorella-app.com so our safety team can check in on the situation.
